Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 4:15 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Delaware River Port Authority to enter arbitration to end its protracted collective bargaining dispute with DRPA police officers, ruling the authority isn't immune from state collective bargaining laws.
