Herrick Feinstein Must Face Claims Over Bad Zoning Advice

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 1:40 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court refused Tuesday to toss a suit against Herrick Feinstein LLP over allegedly bad zoning advice for an apartment tower project, saying evidence merited further litigation into whether it — rather than a deadly crane collapse or tanking economy — caused a lender's loss.
