Judge Wants Macy's, JC Penney To Settle Martha Stewart Suit

Law360, New York (March 07, 2013, 6:42 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Thursday sent Macy's Inc., J.C. Penney Co. Inc. and Martha Stewart to mediation to put an end to a trial over where certain Stewart-branded home products can be sold, after personal calls to Macy's CEO and Stewart herself failed.
