Grand Canyon Developer Must Pursue Tribal Court: 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 7:53 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit refused on Friday to give the developer of a Grand Canyon glass walkway, which was seized by a Native American tribe using eminent domain, an escape hatch from having to proceed before a tribal court and exhaust all its remedies there.
