Health Clinic Can't Dodge MLB's Drug Suit

Law360, Miami (June 12, 2013, 5:01 PM ET) -- A Florida state judge Wednesday denied a motion to dismiss from two defendants who claimed that Major League Baseball failed to state a proper claim in its case alleging a Miami health clinic had provided performance-enhancing drugs to Alex Rodriguez and other players.
