Fox Rothschild's Suit In Philly Condo Row Legit, Judge Says

Law360, Philadelphia (June 12, 2013, 6:12 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania state judge ruled last week that Fox Rothschild LLP had not overstepped its bounds when its attorneys filed a complaint on behalf of resident unit owners in a Philadelphia condominium to stop the developer from changing the building’s use.
