Law Firm Beats Mushroom Distributor's Malpractice Suit

Law360, Dallas (February 05, 2014, 7:23 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday said a trial judge rightly dismissed a mushroom distributor's malpractice suit against Dallas firm Carnahan Thomas LLP stemming from a noncompete dispute with his former employer, ruling the claims were based on speculative lost profits.
