Law360, New York (June 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A medical products distributor has fired back against Biomet Inc. in a dispute that arose after the distributor broke ties with the orthopedics manufacturer and aligned with a Biomet competitor.
Randy D. Fields and his two former Biomet distributors, Fields Medical Corp. and Fields & Stallings LLC, filed suit accusing Biomet and its subsidiaries of interfering with the companies’ contracts and misappropriating trade secrets.
