Law360, New York (August 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of small tennis organizations failed to show enough evidence suggesting that men's professional tennis association ATP Tour Inc. violated antitrust laws when it reconfigured the tournament system, a federal jury has found.
The jury verdict on Tuesday brought an end to a case in which three tennis tournament sponsors claimed that ATP's new tournament system was designed to block out competitors.
