Minn. Antitrust Laws Don't Cover Ad Money: Judge

Law360, New York (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal court has dismissed several claims in an antitrust suit filed by a Minnesota car dealership alleging that Kia Motors America Inc. discriminated against it by giving advertising money to its competitors through a regional marketing fund, which the dealer claims it did not know existed.
