Law360, New York (January 20, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP has won the dismissal of four of five counts in a fraud and malpractice lawsuit in which one of its attorneys was sued by Landmark Screens LLC over the prosecution of a patent application for an electronic billboard.
Despite that, the case appears to be headed for trial after a count of fraudulent concealment survived the firm's motion to dismiss, filed in December in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
