Law360, New York (February 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A jury has returned a verdict against the founders of Blueprint Test Preparation LLC of malice, breach of employment contract and breach of loyalty in an ongoing lawsuit alleging that the company’s creators lifted teaching methods from a rival test preparation company where they once worked.
