ORDER. District of Connecticut Local Rule 26(f)(1) provides that, within 30 days after the appearance of any defendant, the parties shall confer for the purposes described in Rule 26(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and, within 14 days after the conference, shall jointly complete and file a report in the form prescribed by Form 26(f), which appears in the Appendix to the Local Rules. The defendant having appeared in this matter on December 23, 2010, the parties are directed to file a case management report pursuant to Rule 26(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by no later than June 14, 2011.
