Order on Motion for Imposition of Sanctions
ORDER - After considering the evidence and arguments submitted by the parties, the Court concludes that the Samaritan Defendants have not yet met the high burden needed to support Rule 11 sanctions, at least at this stage of the lawsuit before Plaintiffs' claims have been considered on the merits. The Court denies the Samaritan Defendants' Motion for Sanctions (ECF 367 ), without prejudice to renew after the relevant claims have been finally resolved, whether by voluntary dismissal with prejudice, summary judgment, or trial. Signed on 4/19/2024 by Judge Michael H. Simon. (mja)
