The Court VACATES its August 24, 2026, Order (ECF No. 70 ), and ADOPTS the Parties' Stipulated Protective Order (ECF No. 28 ). Notwithstanding the Stipulated Protective Order, and for the reasons stated on the record, all evidence received during the Court's Preliminary Injunction Hearing will remain open to the public. Todd Johnston, Alexandra Hilsher and Hayden Rooke-Ley present as counsel for plaintiffs. Misha Isaak, Kevin Schock present as counsel for defendant PeaceHealth.
