ORDER: The Court has issued two recent Memorandum Opinions and Orders [ECF Nos. 653 , 676 ], in which it granted Defendants' various motions to dismiss certain claims and also granted Plaintiff leave to amend her Amended Complaint. See Mem. Op. and Order [ECF No. 653 ] 26-27; Mem. Op. and Order [ECF No. 676 ] 7-8. In both instances, the Court indicated that it would set a deadline for amended pleadings after ruling on all pending motions to dismiss. Now that the Court has completed its rulings, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file any amended complaint by no later than September 9, 2026. (Ordered by Judge Karen Gren Scholer on 8/26/2026) (cea)
