ORDER RE DEFENDANT HILTON WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS INC.'S MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFF'S FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT 28 by Judge Wesley L. Hsu. For the foregoing reasons, the Motion is GRANTED with leave to amend. If Plaintiff chooses to amend the Complaint, she must do so within twenty-one (21) days of the issuance of this Order. Failure to amend the Complaint within the time permitted will result in entry of judgment in favor of Hilton Worldwide. In the event that discovery among Plaintiff and the remaining Defendants uncovers facts supporting the possibility that this Court can exercise personal jurisdiction over Hilton Worldwide, the Court will be amenable to hearing joinder arguments at that time.
