MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 879 Letter filed by Chidori Ship Holding LLC, CHIDORI SHIP HOLDING LLC, JESSICA SHIP HOLDING S.A., Jessica Ship Holding S.A. ENDORSEMENT: On July 14, 2026, the Court modified the schedule as to the VOCCs, so as to permit the Owners until September 11, 2026 to "consider and respond to these container shell claims." Dkt. 849. The Court expressly stated "No further extensions." On August 17, the parties' update stated "Owners have until September 11, 2026 to respond to the relevant VOCCs.... the relevant parties continue to work cooperatively to resolve these claims." Dkt. 873. On September 13, the parties notified the Court that certain VOCC claims remain outstanding. The Court extends the deadline as to the VOCCs until October 2, 2026. There will be no more extensions. To the extent any claim remains unresolved after that date, the Court intends to promptly set a initial pre- trial conference at which it will take up the deadlines for the parties' pretrial materials and set a trial date.
