Docket Text ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff Coralia C. Boudreaux's Notice of Inadvertent Filing Errors and Motion to Substitute Corrected Filing. Doc. 42. The Court is inclined to grant Boudreaux's motion to substitute, but if Defendant Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. wishes to respond to that motion, it must do so no later than September 25, 2026, in a memorandum not to exceed 5 pages. In the meantime, because Boudreaux concedes that she "inadvertently included exhibits contain[ing] discovery materials that [she] understands are subject to the parties'... protective order," id. at 2, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to restrict access to Doc. 24-1 to case participants until the Court resolves the motion to substitute.
