ORDER: On October 20, 2017, the parties in this case filed a joint notice informing the Court they had executed a settlement agreement. (Doc 102.) The parties have now submitted to the Court an agreed order of dismissal, dismissing the case with prejudice. (Doc. 103.) The Court is informed that all matters in dispute between Plaintiffs and Defendants have been resolved. Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
