Order
ORDER. Pro se plaintiff Alkiviades Andrew David filed two emergency motions to preserve evidence and for other relief. Dkts. 87 , 88 . The court has reviewed the motions and determined that they do not present emergencies. The court will therefore consider the motions in the ordinary course. See Dkt. 84 (explaining that, absent further order, the court will take no action on any additional filings before it issues a recommendation for disposition of the pending motion to dismiss). Signed by Magistrate Judge Bill Davis on 8/7/2026. (jmb)
Discovery
SECOND MOTION for Discovery PLAINTIFF'S EMERGENCY MOTION TO PRESERVE THE WILLIAMS ORDER AND FILMON ANTITRUST EVIDENCE, PROTECT PLAINTIFF, WITNESSES, VICTIMS, AND COUNSEL, AUTHORIZE LIMITED EXPEDITED DISCOVERY, AND PROVIDE ADA ACCOMMODATIONS Plaintiff seeks immediate, narrow protection of evidence already before this Court, including the May 6, 2026 Williams Order, FILMON's business and technical infrastructure, and the attorneys, witnesses, victims, records, domains, and technology needed to prove the antitrust claims. Plaintiff is disabled and states under penalty of perjury that he genuinely fears for his safety and for the safety of witnesses and victims. A material witness and prior counsel, Matthew W. Huzaineh, is now reportedly missing / unreachable. Plaintiff does not ask the Court to decide criminal guilt; he asks the Court to preserve the status quo, prevent interference, and hold an expedited safety and preservation conference. by Alkiviades Andrew David, IV. (David, Alkiviades)
