Minute Entry for Telephonic Status Conference proceedings held on 5/3/2024 before Magistrate Judge James R. Cho. Appearances by Benjamin Katzenellenbogen and Maxwell Palmer for plaintiffs; Seth H. Ostrow and Robert Phillip Feinland for defendant. Case discussed, including plaintiffs' anticipated complaint with the International Trade Commission ("ITC") and parties' proposed discovery schedule 39 .
The Court holds in abeyance entering a discovery schedule in light of plaintiffs' anticipated ITC complaint. By 6/18/2024, plaintiffs shall file a status report advising whether they have filed a complaint with the ITC. If an ITC complaint has not been filed, by 6/18/2024, parties shall file a revised joint proposed scheduling order.
Telephonic status conference scheduled for 6/25/2024 at 12:00 p.m. before Magistrate Judge James R. Cho. Each party is directed to call (toll free) 833-990-9400 and enter Meeting ID 709-478-501#. Adjournment requests will not be considered unless made in accordance with this Court's Individual Rules.
