TEXT MINUTE ENTRY for Discovery Conference held on 8/27/2026 before Magistrate Judge Daniel J. Stewart: Counsel discusses issues with discovery production and how they relate to the protective order signed at 23 . A joint motion to extend the discovery and motion filing deadlines was granted: discovery deadline is 11/13/2026; deadline to file a motion for class certification and for summary judgment as to the named plaintiff is 12/18/2026. Court will allow parties to submit a supplemental letter brief of no more than 5 pages by 9/11/2026 re: outstanding discovery disputes. Defendant will provide Plaintiff with 'KBS 0000226' by 8/31/2026 and will provide an unredacted version of it if a class is certified. Defendant shall also provide Plaintiff with further information regarding the basis for its remaining redactions on or on or before 8/31/2026. A text order will be issued. [Appearances: Joshua D.
