Order on Motion to Stay Order on Motion to Deposit Funds
ORDER STAYING ACTION: The Court finds that granting a 95-day stay of this action is warranted as it will effectuate the agreement reached by the parties at mediation. Accordingly, the Court STAYS this action for 95 days from the entry of this Order. It is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shallaccept the funds to be deposited as set out in this Order in accordance with Local Rule 67(a)(1) of this Court. It is further ORDERED that all funds received pursuant to this Order shall be deposited in the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS) administered by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2045, pending further order of this Court.
