REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 57 58 MOTIONS to Dismiss. The undersigned RECOMMENDS that Defendants' motions to dismiss be GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, the undersigned RECOMMENDS the following: 1. Count I: Plaintiff's Title VII hostile work environment claims against both Defendants solely with respect to the conduct of Dale Clark should be allowed to proceed to discovery, but any other hostile work environment claims should be dismissed. 2. Count II: Plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim against Leidos solely with respect to her termination should be allowed to proceed to discovery, but any other retaliation claimsincluding retaliation claims against HHSshould be dismissed. 3. Count III: Plaintiff's ADEA claims against both Defendants should be dismissed for failure to exhaust administrative remedies. 4.
