TEXT ORDER (EBOC): The Court notified James E. Wilson, III that he was not admitted to the Bar of this Court on 1/27/2025 and instructed him to seek admission within 14 days. (DN 5 ) Because Mr. Wilson has not cured this deficiency, the Court orders him to file a motion to appear pro hac vice or a motion to withdraw as counsel within 14 days. Failure to comply with this order may result in an order terminating Mr. Wilson as counsel in this case.
TEXT ORDER: Judge Beaton would like to schedule a telephonic hearing for 9/3/2026 at 11:00 AM ET to address the Defendant's pending motion to dismiss (DN 8 ) and any other issues ripe for the Courts review. The Plaintiff's response to that motion, however, doesn't appear to be found in the Courts docket. So the Court directs the Plaintiff to file (or re-file) his response by 8/21/2026. To join the hearing, attendees may connect by dialing 650-479-3207, entering access code 2300 218 3068, and pressing # instead of an attendee or host code. Should the rescheduled hearing pose a conflict for either side, the Court orders counsel to promptly confer with opposing counsel and inform the Court of a time or times when the hearing can be held.
