Plaintiff is ORDERED to show cause in writing on or before 9/10/2026 regarding why this Court should not recommend sanctions, including but not limited to dismissal of Plaintiff's claims with prejudice, monetary penalties, or any other appropriate sanction, for failure to comply with the Courts 8/5/2026 order that Plaintiff mist provide medical record authorizations or medical records in Plaintiff's possession to Defendants on or before 8/12/2026. Plaintiff and his counsel are on notice and expressly warned that failure to comply with this Show Cause Order may result in the recommendation of immediate sanctions, including dismissal of his claims with prejudice, monetary penalties, or any other appropriate sanction.
