Order
ENDORSED ORDER: The order to show cause (Doc. 41) is discharged. Signed by Judge Thomas P. Barber on 8/27/2026. (ANL)
Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief
ENDORSED ORDER: The deadline to serve Defendant Bell-More Labs, Inc. was July 12, 2026. On July 22, 2026, the Court directed Plaintiff to show cause as to why the case should not be dismissed for failing to effect proper service on two of the defendants within 90 days. See (Doc. 47). Plaintiffs filed a motion to extend the service deadline (Doc. 52) and responded to the show cause order alleging service issues as to Bell-More (Doc. 53). Rather than wait for the Court's decision as to the sufficiency of the response and determination as to whether the service deadline should be extended, Plaintiffs filed a return of service as to Bell-More dated July 24, 2026. In the interest of judicial economy, Plaintiffs' "Motion for Extension of Time to Effectuate Service of Process on Bell-More Labs, Inc." (Doc. 52) is granted. The order to show cause (Doc. 47) is discharged. However, the Court notes that as this case proceeds, Plaintiffs should not act without the authorization of the Court. Signed by Judge Thomas P. Barber on 8/27/2026. (ANL)
