MINUTE entry before the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr: By order dated July 7, 2026 the Court directed Plaintiff to file an amended complaint identifying a theory of relief founded on federal law that could support his claim 8 . The Court also advised that failure to comply with either of these requirements by August 8, 2026, would result in summary dismissal of the case 8 . As of today's date, Plaintiff has not complied. Accordingly, the Court dismisses this action without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). See Fed. Election Comm'n v. Al Salvi for Senate Comm., 205 F.3d 1015, 1018 (7th Cir. 2000) (court has both inherent authority and authority under Rule 41(b) to dismiss case as sanction for failure to prosecute and noncompliance with court order). The Court directs the Clerk to enter a final judgment in favor of the defendants "NetSpend Corporation," "Social Security Administration," and "Juliana Strattin." Civil case terminated.
