Order ~Util - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings
ORDER by Magistrate Judge Stephanie S. Christensen. On July 6, 2026, the Court issued an order requiring the parties to submit dispositional documents in accordance with F.R.C.P. 41 no later than September 30, 2026, and set a Show Cause Hearing re Dismissal for October 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m, should the parties not file any dispositional documents. (ECF 24.) The parties did not comply with the deadline to file dispositional documents, nor did the parties file a request to extend time to do so. Before the Court holds a show cause hearing re dismissal, the Court directs the parties to file a status report no later than October 7, 2026, updating the court 1. As to why the deadline was not complied with; and 2. the status of this case. After the Court reviews the status report, the Court will reset the show cause hearing. Should the parties file their dispositional documents by October 6, 2026, the Court will not require the parties to submit a status report. The hearing set for October 1, 2026 is VACATED pending the parties' submission(s). (tsn)
