TEXT ORDER: This matter having come before the Undersigned on a request from Plaintiff United States Securities and Exchange Commission for a Court Order pursuant to L. Civ. R. 67.1(a)(2) so that funds deposited with the Court Registry may be transferred into the interest-bearing Court Registry Investment System (CRIS). First, Plaintiff should direct this request to the District Judge assigned to the case. Second, Plaintiff fails to submit a proposed form of order. Accordingly, Plaintiff shall resubmit its request.
