[PROPOSED] THIRD AMENDED CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: The parties do not consent to conduct proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge. The deadline to file amended pleadings and join additional parties without leave of the Court was November 29, 2020. Depositions shall be completed by September 30, 2021. All expert discovery, including expert depositions, shall be completed no later than December 22, 2021.
