DOCKET TEXT ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: On September 1, 2026, Plaintiff's counsel was permitted to withdraw. Plaintiff was ordered to have new counsel file a notice of appearance within twenty-one (21) days. Plaintiff was warned that failing to file a Notice of Substitution of Counsel or Notice of Appearance, may result in dismissal or another sanction. To date, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order. Although Plaintiff requested email filing and notification 13 , this does not remove the need for Plaintiff to file a Notice of Appearance or Notice of Substitution of Counsel. Plaintiff is hereby directed to show cause for this failure. Plaintiff must respond to this Order in writing no later than October 19, 2026.
