ORDER (Denying Motion to Dismiss; Granting Motion for More Definite Statement; Directing Plaintiff to File Amended Complaint) - Accordingly, in light of Plaintiff's pro se status and Defendants' removal of this action from Plaintiff's originally-selected forum, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendants' Motion for a More Definite Statement (ECF No. 5 ). The Court hereby ORDERS that, within twenty-one (21) days of this Order, Plaintiff shall file a particularized amended complaint that outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Plaintiff thinks that he is entitled to relief. In light of the presumptively impending filing of an Amended Complaint, the Court DENIES AS MOOT Defendants' Motion to the extent that it seeks dismissal of this action. The Court also DENIES AS MOOT Plaintiff's Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 8 -1), since Defendants have already paid the filing fee. It is so ORDERED.
