ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR DISMISSAL OF COMPLAINT BETWEEN PLAINTIFF SMTC CORPORATION AND DEFENDANT APT ELECTRONICS, INC. 38 by Judge James V. Selna, the Court hereby GRANTS the parties' Joint Motion and orders that the Complaint of SMTC Corporation, and each and every claim for relief therein, shall be dismissed with prejudice.
