Notation Order: The Court, having ascertained that numerous documents filed in this case contain the full name of a minor Plaintiff, hereby DIRECTS the Clerk to maintain Docs. 1 , 4 - 5 , 7 - 10 , 14 - 15 , 17 , 20 , 22 - 23 (collectively, the "Confidential Documents") under SEAL. Within 21 days of the date of this Order, the parties shall file substitute, redacted versions of the Confidential Documents on CM/ECF, replacing the full name of the minor Plaintiff with the minor's initials pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a)(2). The refiling of these documents is solely for privacy compliance and shall not alter, reset, or restart any existing deadlines or pending motions. Specifically, all pending Motions to Dismiss (Docs. 14 , 21 ) remain pending and under consideration by the Court without the need for further briefing. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Matthew W.
