Because the Motion containing a request for leave to amend [ECF 78 ] has been stricken, the Amended Complaint filed without leave at [ECF 79 ] is also stricken. The operative pleading remains to be the Third Amended Complaint (TAC), ECF 43 . Any future amendment of the TAC would require Plaintiff to request, and receive, leave of the Court pursuant to Fed.    Magistrate Judge Christopher L. Morgan: ELECTRONIC ORDER granting 53 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Bring Electronic Devices Into the Courthouse for the August 6, 2026 Evidentiary Hearing. As requested by Plaintiff, he may bring one laptop and one phone into the courthouse for the sole purpose of accessing case materials. Plaintiff may not use either device to photograph, record, transmit or broadcast any portion of the hearing.
