ORDER granting 49 Motion for Leave to File Document. For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for leave to file the proposed SAC is granted. By August 28, 2026, Plaintiff is directed to file his SAC with an updated case caption reflecting the addition of the new parties and the removal of any parties previously terminated from this action pursuant to Judge Clarke's May 14, 2026 Order. (See Docket No. 52). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motion (Docket No. 49), and mail a copy of this Order to the pro se Plaintiff. SO ORDERED.
