ORDER DENYING AS MOOT DEFENDANT'S REQUEST TO APPEAR REMOTELY AT HEARING ON SCHEDULING CONFERENCE (DKT. 23 ) by Judge Michelle Williams Court. On September 25, 2026, Defendant filed a Request for Leave of Stephen A. Dolar and Frank E. Marchetti to Appear for Remote Hearing on Scheduling Conference. See Dkt. # 23 . However, on September 28, 2026, the Court issued a Civil Trial Order vacating the scheduling conference in question. The Court accordingly DENIES Defendant's Request as MOOT. IT IS SO ORDERED. (yl)

STIPULATION TO EXTEND THE DISCOVERY SCHEDULE: Plaintiffs Thomas Schansman, individually, as surviving parent of Quinn Lucas Schansman; Catharina Teunissen, individually, as surviving parent of, and as personal representative of the Estate of Quinn Lucas Schansman; Nerissa Schansman, individually, as surviving sibling of Quinn Lucas Schansman; and Xander Schansman, individually, as surviving sibling of Quinn Lucas Schansman (collectively, "Plaintiffs"); and Defendant VTB Bank PJSC ("VTB"), in the above-captioned case request, in accordance with Section 1.E of Your Honor's Individual Practices, an extension of the discovery schedule as between Plaintiffs and VTB that the Court ordered on June 29, 2026. See Dkt. 766. This is the eleventh request for an extension of the discovery schedule since the original scheduling order of October 27, 2021. See Dkt. 197. The parties jointly propose the following amended schedule with respect to Plaintiffs' claims against VTB: as further set forth within. This request for an extension shall have no impact on the separate schedule for discovery as between Plaintiffs and Sberbank of Russia PJSC, which the Court ordered on June 12, 2026. See Dkt. 760. IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the parties hereto, through their undersigned counsel, that discovery be extended as indicated above. The proposed schedule is approved. So Ordered.
