ORDER Tri State Steel's motion to dismiss, ECF No. 107 , is DENIED. The court exercises its discretion to grant leave to Plaintiffs to amend paragraph 46 of the Amended Complaint to correct Tri State Steel's corporate particulars. The court also GRANTS Plaintiffs a seven (7) day extension from the date of this order to complete service on the correctly identified registered agent or through defense counsel's acceptance of service. Within seven (7) days of proper service or acceptance of service by waiver, the parties should submit a joint supplement to the Rule 26(f) Report, ECF No. 144 , advising as to whether a scheduling conference is needed or whether the parties can agree on proposed deadlines for an amended scheduling order.
