ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: Having considered the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice filed by Plaintiffs R1 RCM Inc. and R1 RCM Holdco Inc. (collectively "R1") and Defendants Kyle Hicok, RSource LLC d/b/a Knowtion Health, Arsenal Capital Management LP, and Jonathan Scala (collectively the "Defendants"), it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. The Joint Stipulation is hereby ACCEPTED. 2. All of Plaintiffs' claims against Defendants and all of Defendants' counterclaims against Plaintiffs in this action are hereby dismissed with prejudice. 3. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the parties' settlement agreement and enter such further orders in that regard as may be necessary. Signed by the Honorable Rebecca R.
