TEXT ORDER - The Court has reviewed the letter dated September 23, 2026 (ECF No. 14 ), filed by Petitioner Wacoal America, Inc. ("Petitioner"), requesting, on consent, adjournments, until November 2, 2026, of the three (3) pending motions before the Court with the following return dates: (1) Petitioner's Motion to Partially Vacate an Arbitration Award (ECF No. 2 ) with a return date of October 5; (2) Respondent's Cross-Motion to Confirm an Arbitration Award (ECF No. 9 ) with a return date of October 19; and (3) Respondent's Motion for Reassignment of Civil Case (ECF No. 8 ) with a return date of October 19, and proposing a revised briefing schedule. The request is GRANTED with modification. In the interest of efficient case management and to preclude further piecemeal extensions of briefing and adjournments of the pending motions' return dates, the Court will permit the proposed briefing schedule and direct that the parties serve their opposition and reply briefs accordingly. Once all papers have been exchanged under the proposed briefing schedule, the parties shall, within seven (7) days thereafter, coordinate the electronic filing of the moving papers, the opposition papers, and the reply papers simultaneously under separate docket entries. Additionally, Respondent shall, no later than Friday, October 2, 2026, notify the Court whether its Motion for Reassignment of Civil Case (ECF No. 8 ) is moot in light of this matter's reassignment to the Undersigned (ECF No. 13 ). The Clerk of the Court is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATE the Motions at ECF Nos. 2 , 8 , and 9 without prejudice. Signed by Judge Julien Xavier Neals on 9/25/2026. (kd)
