Order on Motion for Reconsideration
MINUTE ORDER (text-only) made at the direction of the Honorable Jamal N. Whitehead: On September 8, 2026, Plaintiff Gregory Langadinos asked the Court to reconsider its order denying his request to continue the expert disclosure deadline by 70 or 75 days. Dkt. No. 91 . Langadinos has shown neither "manifest error in the prior ruling" nor "new facts or legal authority which could not have been brought to [the Court's] attention earlier with reasonable diligence." See LCR 7(h)(1). Langadinos cites the disclosure he improperly filed with the Court on October 30, 2023, in which he identifies Dr. Jeremiah Tao as an expert witness, Dkt. No. 35 , and asks the Court for more time to "finalize the necessary agreements to secure" Dr. Tao as an expert. Even if the Court credits Langadinos's prior, stricken witness disclosure from almost three years ago, he fails to explain how more time will cure the obstacles he describes. Accordingly, the Court did not err in its prior order and the motion for reconsideration, Dkt. No. 91 , is DENIED. Authorized by Judge Jamal N Whitehead. (KRA)
