ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL AND APPOINTMENT AS LEAD PLAINTIFF [ECF No. 19 ] by Judge John W. Holcomb. The Court, having considered the South Florida Pension Funds' instant Motion and finding good cause therefor, hereby ORDERS as follows: The Motion is GRANTED. The file in this case i.e., Case No. 8:24-cv-00285is the master file for the action. All securities class actions on behalf of purchasers of Defendant Xponential Fitness, Inc. securities arising out of the same or substantially similar subject matter subsequently filed in, or transferred to, this District shall be consolidated into this action. The parties are DIRECTED to notify the Court of any other such related action within 14 days of becoming aware of such related action. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. Section 78u-4(a)(3)(B), the South Florida Pension Funds are APPOINTED Lead Plaintiff for the class.
