Texas Retailer Still Hopes To Win Leegin Case

Law360, New York (May 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Battered by a series of court decisions against it but not beaten down, a Texas retail unit of PSKS Inc. has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit to overturn a district court's dismissal of its new complaint in the case that changed the near century-old per se rule against vertical minimum price-fixing.
