Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A trademark fight is on between Procter & Gamble Co., maker of Bounty paper towels, and rival Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP, which sells Brawny towels, with P&G alleging that Georgia-Pacific's products infringe a protected bow-tie imprint pattern.
