Meyer joined Morrison & Foerster from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice, where he served most recently as principal deputy assistant attorney general. While at the DOJ, he was responsible for civil investigations of the XM-Sirius merger, Monsanto’s acquisition of Delta and Pine Land Company, Mittal Steel’s acquisition of Arcelor, and Thomson’s acquisition of Reuters, among others.
