Obama Vows To Speed Generic-Drug Access

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 5:24 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama said Tuesday he wanted to make it easier for generic-drug makers to bring low-cost copycat versions of brand-name drugs to the marketplace as part of his national health care overhaul, a move he argued would benefit consumers.
