Redbox Accuses Warner Bros. Of Restricting Supply

Law360, New York (August 19, 2009, 5:34 PM ET) -- Redbox Automated Retail LLC has accused Warner Home Video of restricting the supply of home video rentals by requiring the DVD rental company to wait 28 days before offering customers new releases.

The company filed a complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware accusing Warner Home Video of copyright misuse, antitrust violations and interfering with its contracts with distributors.
