Rite Aid, CVS Hit Cephalon With New Provigil Suit

Law360, New York (August 21, 2009, 12:43 PM ET) -- Pharmacy chains including Rite Aid Corp. and CVS Caremark Corp. have waded into the antitrust litigation against Cephalon Inc., filing a complaint over the pharmaceutical company's alleged conspiracy with generics makers to keep narcolepsy drug Provigil off the market.
